ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You can update your billing email in the <My Account – Addresses> section.

You can update your billing address in the <My Account – Addresses> section.

Our Credit Team can help you with that.  Send your request to credit@greatwesternmalting.com.

You can find your account number in the <My Account> section of the webstore.

You can add, delete, or modify shipping addresses in the <My Account – Addresses> section.

You can add additional employee users in the <My Account – Organizational Users> section.

You can reset your password via the “Forgot Password” link.

You can find copies of your invoices in the <My Account – My Invoices> section.

You can find copies of your invoices in the <My Account – My Invoices> section.

You can find your account balance in the <My Account – My Account Balance> section.

The new system does not currently have purchase orders included.

Upon order submission, you will get an email with an order number that can be used in our track and trace system.

You can find copies of your invoices in the <My Account – Order History > section.

Please confirm your email address is correct in the <My Account – Organization Users> section of the webstore.  If you're still having trouble, contact our Webstore Team at webstore@countrymalt.com.

Unfortunately, you cannot modify orders once they have been published. If needed, place a new order and we’ll combine them if able.

Great news!  Credits are now applied as individual orders with the credited amount added back to your account balance. You can view the credits in the order history section of your account.

Our Hops Contracts Team can help you with that.  Please send your questions to hopcontracts@countrymalt.com.

The online store will include your contracted pricing. However, the remaining contract volume is not currently available to view online, and only varieties also avialbe on spot will be visible to order. Please contact hopcontracts@countrymalt.com for the remaining contract volume. Please note we are working on a Hop Contract Viewer that will be added to the site in the future that will allow you to always purchase off of your contract, regardless of spot availability.
